Delivery
We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 weeks. While most orders fit this timeframe, unforeseen supply chain challenges may extend a small percentage of deliveries to 30 days or more.

Can I track my order?
Yes, We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on it's way. This email will contain a tracking number which requires inputting into our tracking page, giving you access to live updates for your delivery.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over £150. However, this does not apply to countries with high tariffs, which are unavoidable. For orders under £150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
What is your order processing timeframe?
We typically process orders within 1-3 days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each product is thoroughly checked and securely packaged, maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Will I need to sign for my order?
For orders shipped within the UK, Royal mail will not require a signature for delivery and may leave your parcel in a safe place if deemed appropriate.
Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to amend your delivery preferences with the link either online or via the app. Any issues amending these details, please contact us straight away.
What if my contact details are incorrect? How do I let you know?

How do I get further dimensions for a product?
Before placing your order for an item, we recommend that you read product information and measure the intended space along with all access points within your property to ensure that we're able to successfully deliver your item.

I have not received an order confirmation email, what can I do?
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email - this may take up to two hours to arrive.
